At Kamado Joe® International, we stand behind the quality of our ceramic grills and accessories; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our global support team via the online portal to provide your order number and the specific reason for your return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide detailed shipping instructions for your region.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the item in its original Kamado Joe packaging, clearly marking the RMA on the exterior, and ship it to our designated regional warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Upon receipt, our technicians will inspect the product for integrity, after which a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
